# Onboarding

## What is Converse?

Converse is a chatbot builder software that can automate conversations and streamline the lead-generation process. Our suite of features is well-suited to various applications across businesses, and we hope you find just what you are looking for.

## **Creating an account on Converse**

Please follow the below steps to create your account on  Converse

1. **Navigate to the Converse Authentication Page**
   1. Open your web browser and go to Converse authentication page

2. **Create an Account**
   1. Click on the "**Sign Up**" button to start the registration process.
3. **Fill in Your Details**
   1. Click on the "Work Email\*" field and enter your work email address.
   2. Click on the "Phone\*" field and enter your phone number.
   3. Choose a strong password for yourself.
   4. Click the "Sign Up" button to proceed.
4. **Verify Your Email Address**
   1. Login to your email account and locate the verification email from  Converse.
   2. Open the email and click on the "Verify your email address" link to confirm your email and complete the sign-up process.

**Notes**

* Ensure you enter a valid work email and phone number to receive the verification email.
* If you do not receive the verification email, check your spam or junk folder.

## **Bot Setup Page**

Once you are logged in, you'll be signed in and go to to create your first bot!
