# Orders

> This page contains all the necessary information about the orders section of inbox panel.


## **Orders Section - WhatsApp Catalogue**

The Orders section displays all orders placed via the WhatsApp Catalogue. It includes the following details:

1. **User Information**:
   * Columns for **User Name**, **Phone Number**, and **Email** to easily identify the customer.
2. **Item Count**:
   * Displays the **quantity** of items in each order.
3. **Total Amount**:
   * Shows the **total value** of the order in the **Total** column.
4. **Tags**:
   * You can assign tags to an order.
   * To create a new tag, click on the **"Create Tag"** button in the dropdown menu.
5. **Status**:
   * Assign a status to each order to track its progress.
   * New statuses can be created by clicking on the **"Create Status"** button in the dropdown menu.
